• PAN Card: Individual’s and/or Firm/Company’s.
• Identity Proof: Proprietor/Partner/Director’s Passport, Aadhaar, or Voter ID.
• Address Proof: Rent Agreement, Sale Deed, or latest utility bill (electricity/phone).
• Bank Details: Cancelled cheque or Bank Certificate showing pre-printed name and account number.
• Digital Photo: 3×3 cm of the authorized signatory.
• Digital Signature (DSC): Required for online application. 

• Proprietorship: Proprietor’s ID & Address Proof, Firm PAN.
• Partnership Firm: Partnership Deed, Managing Partner’s ID, Firm’s PAN.
• LLP/Pvt. Ltd. Company: Certificate of Incorporation (from RoC), Director’s ID, Entity’s PAN.
• Society/Trust: Registration Certificate/Trust Deed, Secretary/Chief Executive’s ID, Entity’s PAN.
